At Diyafah International School, We understand that not all skills can be learned in the classroom. We believe that students need to be challenged to learn new skills and develop their talents and interests. We therefore encourage all of our students to participate in our programme of after school activities. We work with local providers and clubs, as well as using our talented staff, to offer a wide range of activities.

Extra-curricular activities are an integral part of our students’ holistic education. Through the after-school activities students discover their interests and talents while developing values and competences that will prepare them for a rapidly changing world. These activities also promote friendships amongst students from diverse backgrounds as they learn, play and grow together. Participation in Extra-curricular activities fosters social integration and deepens students sense of belonging, commitment and a sense of responsibility to school, community and nation.

We also recognize the importance of supporting the ‘My Identity’ programme initiated by the UAE Government facilitating Co-curricular activities with links to the theme of ‘My Language is My Identity’.

At Diyafah International School, we provide a range on internal co-curricular activities, as well as hosting external provider activities such as football, robotics and ballet.

Schedule: Currently, our students can get involved in the various Extra-curricular activities every Tuesday’s from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
